Installation Tips
● Check whether the engine oil and oil filter are clean and suggest replacing them simultaneously.
● Check whether the engine exhaust manifold is leaking oil. If there is oil leakage, please repair the engine first.
● Check whether the fuel inlet and return pipes are clean and free of blockage or deformation.
● Check whether the air filter pipeline has any foreign objects, clean it thoroughly to prevent wheel jamming.
● For newly installed turbochargers, pre-lubrication is required before connecting the fuel inlet and return pipes.
● Do not replace the turbocharger after major engine repairs.
● Never use the turbocharger bypass valve lever as a handling handle.
● After installation, idle for 5 minutes before normal driving. During the running-in period, maintain a constant speed and avoid wide-open throttle without load.
Important Note:
• It is up to you to ensure that you have ordered the correct turbocharger part for your vehicle, if you are unsure please contact us to check BEFORE purchasing.
• If you are replacing a turbocharger that has previously failed YOU MUST have had the fault diagnosed and rectified prior to fitment of the new unit.
• Always REPLACE air, oil and fuel filters with new ones and use new engine oil.
• Oil supply lines MUST also be REPLACED to avoid possible contamination and for warranty purposes.
